Inga: How is working with volunteers?

Marina: It all depends on the peronal qualities and motivation of the volunteers. It is easy, fun, inspirational and sincere. It is difficult, because it requiers great emotional strength.

I: How long have you been working with volunteers?

M: More than 8 years.

I: Why did you choose to work with volunteers?

M: It happened by itself.

I: How is working with volunteers from other countries?

M: Mostly fun and easy.

I: Have you ever worked as a volunteer? If yes,where?

M: My professional activity is very similar in nature to volunteering. And my social activity is connected with education and social volunteering.

I: Tell me the funniest story with volunteers?

M: I cannot choose the funniest, but the most touching one is when the guys, after graduation, wrote to me, each of them, paper letters in which they described all the emotions, feelings and experiences for the entire period of studying at our center.
